2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by GET-A-TOUR s.r.o. ("the Company") via the website get-a-tour.com. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the Company sends a written confirmation by email. The Company reserves the right to decline a booking request at its discretion. All tours are private and tailored exclusively for the booked group.

4. Prices

All prices are quoted in EUR and are valid at the time of booking confirmation. Prices include services as described for each tour. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include personal travel insurance, meals, or entrance fees.

5. Payment

Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. The Company accepts bank transfer, cash, and card payment as agreed with the client. A deposit may be required to secure the booking.

6. Cancellation by the Client
  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the tour: full refund.
  • Cancellation 3–7 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the tour: no refund.
  • No-show on the day of the tour: no refund.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

7. Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, severe weather, illness). In such cases, the client will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

8. Liability

The Company acts as an organiser of private tours and is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property, or costs arising from circumstances beyond its control. Clients participate in all activities at their own risk. The Company strongly recommends that all clients obtain appropriate travel insurance before departure.

9. Complaints

Any complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the tour date. The Company will respond within 14 business days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

11. Changes

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always available at get-a-tour.com/terms.
